Tips for parents and children
* Kids...
- I note the name of my ski instructor.
- I never forget my sunglasses or ski goggles, gloves and my helmet.
* Parents...
- Bring your child punctually to the meeting point and collect him again on time. If your child arrives late for the start of the course, we cannot guarantee that your child can be brought to the group.
- Warm clothes, dry gloves and ski boots, good sun glasses, sun cream and helmet are very important.
- Make sure that your child has a valid course ticket and a valid lift ticket during the entire course (the lift ticket for under 6 years old is free of charge). If the ski instructor needs to get a card, the rest of the group will have to wait.
- Trust the ski instructor and leave your child alone with the ski instructor during the course time. Be patient with your children - our youngest guests in particular need some time at the beginning to get used to the new, unfamiliar situation.
- The ski instructors will be ready at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the course and are available to answer your questions about the planned programme for the day.
- At the end of the course the ski instructor will bring your child back to the meeting point and will remain there with the child until it is collected. In case of delays, you will receive information from the ski school office.
- In case of any concerns or other problems, the colleagues at the ski school office are always at your disposal! We ask you to address problems directly - this is the only way for us to find a solution immediately!
- All courses can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the course.
